Please
read the following before installing any electronic parts:

In order to return electronic parts and components to be returned they must not have been installed on the automobile.

Please check thoroughly that all components are what you ordered and look to be in working order.
Computer
Chips

When purchasing a computer module for your automobile please check and make sure your terminals are completely clean.

If you are returning a chip for a reflash please include a note stating what changes you want made and a contact number.

It is company policy to reflash your existing chip to your specifications, we will not substitute another module for your existing module for any reason.
If
this return policy is not acceptable for any reason please return products
immediately for a full refund.
